Great hotel in the center of Bordeaux. Rooms are small but wonderfully designed and comfortable. The bed is excellent. More importantly, the staff in the hotel are very helpful, and have always a smile. I would definitely stay again.

Some areas of the hotel were worn down. Strange to have a toilet without a sink. Service in Bordeux resturant slow as staff appeared very busy. However the staff when engaged are very nice and try and help as much as they can.

Lovely hotel and staff. The room was immaculate and featured brilliant amenities such as a king sized bed, waterfall shower head and coffee machine. Would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Bordeaux. A 5* experience!

"I stayed here because there was a pool. When I arrived about 8 or 9pm there was a self-check-in at the gate. I was not sent a code, but a friend who spoke French called and got it for me.
